Our products are sourced from many suppliers and are both manufactured and designed in various places around the world. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer predominately European or Australia products that comply with Australian standards and never compromise on quality and design.
Of course, a lot of time is given to extensively researching all of our products and suppliers. We ensure that we regularly receive updates and training, resulting in our complete confidence that all of our products that we supply are of the highest standard. All of our products offer warranties that are often high above the industry standard.
Many of our products can be sold with various options, or need to meet various structural requirements prior to installation. To ensure your selected products meet your needs it is sometimes best to contact one of our experienced team members. Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card or cash payments in store. We do have the facilities to take deposits and payments over the phone should you wish to contact us to discuss your selection prior to placing an order. Please take into consideration that payments made with Amex will incur an additional 3% charge. Credit Card details are not retained at any time and will be required again for each additional payment made.
Delivery charges will vary depending on the characteristics of the items that you have purchased. You can view our shipping costs in your shopping cart or contact our showroom at info@designbathware.com.au to discuss costs with one of our team members. You can be assured that we strive to keep in any shipping costs to a minimum, however please take into consideration that some purchases under $150 may incur a shipping fee from our supplier.
Yes, the majority of our products come with an extensive warranty ranging between five and thirty years. It is best to view individual warranties that are listed below each item as they will vary between suppliers and products.
Please retain your warranty documents and invoice as proof of purchase. All suppliers offer exceptional after sales service and can assist you with your claims. For any enquiries related to warranty claims please contact our showroom at info@desigbathware.com.au.
Some items may be returned, but there are some conditions and a restocking fee may apply. Please refer to our Conditions Of Sale for further information.
Please contact us immediately if something is wrong with your order as you have thirty days from the date of your goods arriving in store to make a claim. All of our items are thoroughly checked over prior to leaving our warehouse.
Yes we certainly can help you with the plumbing installation of your products in our local area. We are partnered with Fairy Meadow Plumbing who has been providing quality assured plumbing services to the Illawarra Region for over thirty years. This also means that we can answer any plumbing related questions prior to your purchase. We aim to provide you with as much technical and installation material as possible and many suppliers will be happy to answer any questions that you may have also.
Yes, please retain your receipt of purchase and our helpful showroom staff can point you in the right direction. Alternatively you can contact our suppliers after sales teams to arrange for spare parts for items purchased in-store or online.
