At Design Bathware we offer a Price Match Guarantee against our competitor’s advertised price.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we like to show the same level of loyalty to our customers that they show to us.

Our competitor must

• Be a retailer based in Australia with an ABN
• Be an Authorised dealer in Australia for the relevant manufacturer
• Not be an online only retailer
• Must be inclusive of delivery fees to your location (if any), taxes and charges

To be eligible the item to be purchased must

• Be brand new – not damaged, reconditioned or ex display stock
• Be identical and in original packaging (identical supplier, model number, colour, pack size, components and warranty)
• Be in stock and available for immediate shipment
• Be currently advertised – a written quote, printed media or website link.
• Not be an advertising error where the competitor has published a rectification notice
• Product must be a standard item that Design Bathware range and stock
• Pricing must be for non-bulk/commercial quantities, retail quantities only

Terms

• No further discount codes or promotions can be used in conjunction with a competitor price match.

Exclusions

• Competitor’s Package Deals, clearance products, auctions, stock liquidations, discontinued items and sell-outs
• Commercial quantities
• Discounts not available to the General Public (e.g. Business, Trade or Staff pricing)
• Finance, Installation, Bundling, Rebates, Cash back, Loyalty rewards, Coupon offers or other price reducing incentives.
• Excludes advertising errors (either ours or competitors).
• Verbal and written quotes not accepted
• Grey imports. “Grey imports” are products acquired from internationally based distributors other than the manufacturer’s locally licensed importer. They are sometimes referred to as “direct import” or “grey market” products and are usually supplied directly to the customer from overseas.
• Design Bathware reserves the right not to match a competitor price that falls below our cost price.
